9:45-10:00 am• Player arrival, shop the store, get your glass of wine, find a seat 

10:00 - 10:30am • Brief history of mahjong, learn the tiles, objective of the game, learn about beginner hands 

10:30-10:35 am• Refreshment break 

10:35 - 12:30/1:00pm • Deal, Charleston, and game play
